A friendly Inter-regional football competition between the International Western Union and International Northern Union.
Each team will being play against each of their fellow region-mates, consisting of a 15-game schedule. After those 15-games, the team will move on to face the 16-teams of the opposite region. At the end of the season, 31 games will have been played by each team.
The 8 teams with the most points within their region will move on into the Championship Series. In the case of two or more teams having the same number of points, the team that makes it into the Series will be the one with most points for.
Each match of the Championship Series will be a best-of-one match. A third-place match will be played before the Final match between the two losing nations from each regional bracket.
